Dispatch // A33-D-001

Opening the channel.

Most of what the squad does happens off the record. That's deliberate — when someone hands you a half-built product and asks you to save it, discretion is part of the job. But between rescues we keep running into the same patterns, the same traps, and the same fixes, and it seems wasteful to keep all of that in the field notebook.

So we're opening a channel. This is the dispatch log: an occasional field report from Agent33, landing roughly once a month.

What you'll find here

Three kinds of transmission, mostly:

  • Patterns from the field — the recurring ways AI-built projects go sideways, and what actually gets them shipped. Anonymised, always.
  • Workshop reports — what we're building on our own time: MCP connectors, Ramper, Cryptobot, SilentRabbit, Tofu, and whatever's next out of the workshop.
  • Tooling and tradecraft — the techniques and tools we rate, including how we use AI ourselves. We're not anti-AI; we're anti-unfinished.

The one rule

Every dispatch has to be something we'd want to read ourselves: specific, useful, and short enough to finish with your coffee. No content-marketing filler, no ten-step listicles, no "in today's fast-moving AI landscape". If a month goes by with nothing worth saying, the channel stays quiet.

That's the brief. Transmission ends.
